海阳市类风湿关节炎患者骨质疏松症相关防治知识知晓情况调查

Investigation on the Knowledge about Prevention and Treatment of Osteoporosis in Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis in Haiyang City

目的:对类风湿关节炎患者进行骨质疏松症相关知识调查,以提高患者防治骨质疏松症的水平。方法:采用统一问卷表,对120例类风湿关节炎患者,按问卷项完成问卷表填写,并对患者进行相关知识宣传教育。采用SPSS 11.0统计软件进行统计分析。结果:骨质疏松症与年龄相关者60.83%、与性别相关者20.83%、与绝经相关者59.17%、与补钙少相关者50.83%、与吸烟相关者10.00%、与饮酒相关者10.00%、与饮咖啡相关者10.83%、与饮浓茶相关者10.00%、与日照少相关者48.33%、与运动少相关者31.67%、知道类风湿关节炎能引起骨质疏松症者22.50%、知道应用激素能引起骨质疏松症者74.17%。在日常生活中药物补钙者35.83%、保健补钙者45.83%、饮食补钙者34.17%、不嗜烟者75.83%、不酗酒者81.67%、不喝咖啡者82.50%、不喝浓茶者79.17%、接受阳光照射者30.83%、进行运动锻炼者74.17%。宣教后患者对相关危险因素知晓率达100%。结论:调查中的类风湿关节炎患者对骨质疏松症相关知识知晓率很低,加强患者骨质疏松症相关知识教育,使患者掌握骨质疏松症危险因素及干预要点,对患者防治类风湿关节炎和骨质疏松症有重要作用。

[ABSTRACT]Objective：To investigate the knowledge of osteoporosis in patients with rheumatoid arthritis to improve the level of prevention and treatment.Methods：A questionnaire was done among 120 patients with rheumatoid arthritis and related knowledge was publicized.The SPSS 11 statistical software was used for data processing.Results：60.83% osteoporosis was related to age,20.83% osteoporosis was related to gender,59.17% osteoporosis was related to menopause,50.83% osteoporosis was related to calcium,10.00% osteoporosis was related to smoking,10.00% osteoporosis was related to drinking,10.83% osteoporosis was related to coffee,10.00% osteoporosis was related to strong tea,48.33% osteoporosis was related to sunshine,and 31.67% osteoporosis was related to sports exercise.22.50% of the patients knew that osteoporosis was caused by rheumatoid arthritis,and 74.17% of them knew that it was caused by the application of hormones.In daily life,35.83% of them supplied calcium with drugs,45.83% of them supplied calcium by health care,34.17% of them supplied calcium by diet,75.83% of them didn’t smoke,81.67% of them didn’t drink too much,82.50% of them drank no coffee,79.17% of them didn’t drink strong tea,30.83% exposed themselves in the sunlight,and 74.17% of them did exercise.After education,all of them knew the risk factors related to osteoporosis.Conclusion：There is only a few of the surveyed patients knowing the risk factors related to osteoporosis.Education plays an important role for them to know the relevant riskfactors causing rheumatoid arthritis and osteoporosis and how to prevent and treat them.
