中医药保肝降酶治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎进展

Research progress of Chinese medicine for protecting liver and reducing enzyme on chronic hepatitis B

慢性乙型肝炎患者,因HBV在体内不断复制,肝脏出现炎症坏死及其肝纤维化,导致病情进展、恶化,因此,对于ALT明显升高者或肝组织学明显炎症坏死者,在抗病毒治疗的基础上,当选用抗炎保肝药物尤其重要。中医药在慢性肝炎的保肝降酶治疗方面,积累了丰富的经验,提供了坚实的临床基础,文章从中医防治慢性乙型肝炎的理论基础、慢性乙型肝炎的辨证分型与肝功能的关系、中药复方及中药单体成分对慢性乙型肝炎的保肝降酶作用等方面,将近年来中医药对慢性乙型肝炎的保肝降酶的研究进行了综述。

The liver inflammation, necrosis and fibrosis arc shown on chronic hepatitis B（CHB） patients because of HBV continuous replication in the body, which lead to the disease progress and deterioration. Therefore, it is particularly important to choose the anti-inflammatory and liver-protecting drugs for patients with increasing ALT or liver inflammation and necrosis on basis of antiviral treatment. Traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） provides a solid clinical foundation for CHB treatment via protecting liver and reducing enzyme. As a result, the paper focuses on the review of the research on liver-protecting and enzyme-reducing effects of TCM on CHB in recent years in following aspects： TCM theoretical basis on CHB, prevention and treatment, the relationship between syndrome differentiation of HBV and liver function, as well as liver-protecting and enzyme-reducing effects of Chinese herbal compounds and Chinese medicine monomers on CHB.
