广西基层农业科技人员集中培训工作探索与思考

Exploration and reflection on centralized training work of Guangxi Grassroots Agricultural Technicians

基层农业科技人员是扎根基层一线、服务新农村建设的中坚力量,但其整体素质和综合服务能力又尚待提高。集中培训是提升基层农业科技人员科学素质、技术和管理水平等行之有效的形式。笔者通过对广西基层农业科技人员集中培训工作的探索与思考,认为建立基层农业科技人员集中培训的长效机制,是保持和提高培训效果的根本保证,并提出了相应的建议与对策。

Grassroots Agricultural Technicians are hard-core members who work in the front and supply service to the new rural construction, but they need to improve their overall quality and comprehensive service ability. Centralized training is an effective approach which can improve the scientific quality, technique and management level of the grassroots agricultural technicians. Through exploration and reflection on centralized training work of Guangxi grassroots agricultural technicians, author thinks that the long-term effective mechanism of construction of the grassroots agricultural technicians’ centralized training is the fundamental guarantee of maintaining and improving training effect. Author also gives corresponding suggestions and measures.
