摘要 高校教师评价既是一项专业实践,又是一门专门研究领域。基于科学研究类型分类的视野,切实改进高校教师的评价方式,基础研究应以同行学术评价为主,应用研究和技术开发突出市场评价,哲学社会科学人才强调社会评价。推进高校教师的分类评价即是深化人才发展体制机制改革,增强人才活力的关键所在;促进高校教师评价专业化,完善高校教师评价制度的重要环节;完善高等教育哲学的理论要求,提升高等教育质量的实践诉求。确保分类评价的制度化与专业化,至少需要规范分类评价的程序、完善分类评价的指标以及优化分类评价的功能等。 The college teachers' evaluation is not only a professional practice, but also a specialized research area. On the basis of type classification as a scientific research to improve college teachers' evaluation methods, this paper argues that it is necessary to give priority to peer academic evaluation as a fundamental means, to highlight the market performance for application researches and technological innovations, to emphasize the social evaluation for philosophy and social sciences. Promoting the classified evaluation of college teachers is to deepen the reform in the talent development system and mechanism. It is the key to enhancing the vitality of talent and is also an important link of accelerating the specialization of college teachers~ evaluation and improving college teachers~ evaluation system. Besides, it is a requirement of higher education for improving the quality of higher education.
