摘要
以加拿大三所知名大学为例,对其教育学博士人才培养进行比较与探索。研究发现,其专业类型丰富多样、育人理念各具特色、招生考试形式多样、课程结构层次多元、学分分配呈现差异、学业测试独具创新、若干课程颇具启发、诸多形式引人关注等;建议我国教育学博士人才培养可拓宽专业类型、融入跨学科元素、完善课程结构、调整学分比例、注重研究方法、丰富教学形式、转变考核策略、提升综合质量。
Canada's higher education plays an important role in the world. This paper focuses on the training modes of Ph.D. Education in three first-class universities and analyzes their different directions, main ideas, student enrollments, course arrangements, comprehensive examinations and other key aspects. On the basis of an intensive study, we suggest that China's Ph.D. programmes should increase the amount of majors, highlight features, adjust courses, improve assessment, pay more attention to research methods, etc.
