弹力纤维瘤22例临床病理分析

Elastofibroma: a clinicopathologic analysis of 22 cases

目的探讨弹力纤维瘤的临床及病理学特征。方法回顾性分析22例弹力纤维瘤的临床资料、组织学形态、免疫组化及弹力纤维染色。结果弹力纤维瘤好发于肩胛骨下部;肿物由大量胶原纤维及异形弹力纤维组成。弹力纤维呈串珠状、锯齿状排列或呈球状、碎屑状,其间见成熟的脂肪组织;免疫组化vimentin(+),SMA、desmin、S-100和p53(-);弹力纤维染色(+)。结论弹力纤维瘤为弹力纤维性肿瘤样病变,结合其好发部位、组织病理学特点、免疫组化标记和弹力纤维特殊染色可做出准确诊断。

Objective To study the clinicopathologic features of elastofibroma. Methods The clinical and pathologic profiles of 22 cases were retrospectively analysed. Results Elastofibroma most commonly oecured in the subscapular region. Histologically, the disease was composed of collagen and elastic fibers; the elastic fibers were arranged in string beads, serrate, fragmental and globular shape, and stroma had mature adipose tissue. Immunohistochemical staining showed that the cases were positive for vimentin but negative for SMA, desmin, S-100 and P53, and elastic fiber staining were positive. Conclusion Elastofibroma is an elastic fibrous tumor-like lesion. It can make an accurate dignosis by integrating the location, histopathological features, immunohistoehemical and elastic fiber staining.
