基于查新档案利用的学科服务实践研究——以海南大学为例

Research on the Practice of Subject Service Based on the Utilization of Sci-tech Novelty Archives: A Case Study of Hainan University

[目的 /意义]利用查新档案资源可多角度反映科研信息的特点,基于查新档案的挖掘利用,开展学科服务工作,揭示查新档案的开发利用价值。[方法 /过程]先分析查新档案的内容与特点,按学科服务的需要对查新档案进行分类、整合,以查新报告制作信息检索案例"微课件",嵌入到本科生的文献检索课程和专业课程中;以导师课题为例开展研究生嵌入式信息检索培训;应用查新项目信息、用户信息、查新报告及查新过程产生的各类文献信息资源,开展热点研究主题揭示、主题资源指引、科研情报分析、定题服务以及构建与科研人员沟通桥梁。[结果 /结论]海南大学教育部科技查新站的学科服务实践表明,查新档案是学科服务中难得的特色科技资源,可应用于信息教育、热点主题揭示、科研情报分析等多种形式的学科服务。

[ Purpose/significance ] This paper aims to discuss how to develop the subject service based on mining and using sci - tech novelty archives by taking their advantage which can indicate the scientific research information from multi - angles, to reveal their development and utilization value. [ Method/process ] Firstly, this paper discusses the contents and features of the sci - tech novelty archives, then classifies and integrates them, makes the micro courseware of the retrieval cases and inserts the courseware into the retrieval courses and major courses for undergraduate students, and takes the embedded information retrieval training for postgraduate students with tutorg project. It also provides services of the hot research topics reveal, subject- based information gateway, scientific research information analysis, personalized information push and constructing communication bridges with researchers by providing the novelty project information, usersinformation, retrieval reports, and all kinds of literature information resources produced in the process of novelty search. [ Result/conclu- sion] Based on the practice of retrieval station of Ministry of Education of Hainan University Novelty, it concludes that the sci - tech novelty archives is a precious resource which can be used to facilitate all kinds of subject services such as the information education, hot research topics reveal, scientific research information analysis etc.
