上海市某生活垃圾综合处理场职业病危害工程控制措施效果分析

Analysis on effect of project control measures of occupational hazards in a domestic waste landfill in Shanghai

目的了解上海某生活垃圾综合处理场在日常运行时的职业病危害情况,对填埋处理的工程控制措施效果进行分析,为职业病危害防控提供依据。方法采用职业卫生现场调查、工程控制措施调查、职业卫生检测等方法进行分析。结果该生活垃圾综合处理场日常运行过程中存在的职业病危害因素主要有硫化氢、二氧化氮、一氧化碳、二氧化碳和噪声等。2012—2014年各岗位主要职业病危害因素监测合格率均达100%。结论该生活垃圾填埋处理场严格按规范的工程控制措施作业,辅以个体防护等管理措施,所采取的职业病危害控制措施可行、有效。

[Objective]To understand the occupational hazards of a domestic waste landfill in Shanghai in the daily operation,analyze the effect of project control measures on landfill treatment,and provide basis for prevention and control of occupational hazards. [Methods]The methods of field survey,project control measures investigation and occupational health detection were adopted in this study. [Results]The main occupational hazards factors existing in this domestic waste landfill in Shanghai in the daily operation were hydrogen sulfide,nitrogen dioxide,carbon monoxide,carbon dioxide and noise. The monitoring qualified rates of main occupational hazards factors in all posts from 2012-2014 were 100%.[Conclusion] The domestic waste landfill operates according to the normative project control measures,and combined with the individual protection and other management measures. The control measures of occupational hazards are feasible and effective.
