摘要
目的了解电焊烟尘对职工血细胞参数和血液生化指标及血压、心率的影响。方法选沈阳某汽车制造厂接触电焊烟尘的154名职工为接触组,以130名岗前体检者为对照组,检测两组体检者的血细胞参数和血生化指标及血压、心率。结果与对照组比较,接触电焊烟尘工人的血清中丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)和糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1C)的含量升高(P<0.01),且Hb A1C随工龄的增加而增高(P<0.01),天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)和尿素(Ur)、肌酐(Cr)的含量也高于对照组(P<0.05)。接触电焊烟尘工人的收缩压降低(P<0.01),心率减低(P<0.05)。结论该厂电焊烟尘致接触工人血清中ALT、AST和UREA、CREA、Hb A1C的含量升高,而收缩压和心率降低。
[Objective]To understand the influence of welding fume on blood cells parameter,blood biochemical index,blood pressure and heart rate of workers. [Methods] A total of 154 workers exposed to welding fume in an automobile factory in Shenyang were selected as exposure group,130 workers taking pre-job physical examination were as control group. The blood cells parameter,blood biochemical index,blood pressure and heart rate of workers in two groups were detected.[Results]Compared with control group,the contents of ALT and HbA1C in serum in exposure group were increased(P〈0.01),and with the increase of service length,the content of HbA1C increased. The contents of AST,Ur and Cr were higher than those in control group(P 0.05). The systolic pressure and heart rate of workers exposed to welding fume decreased(P 0.01 or P 0.05).[Conclusion]The welding fume in this factory can increase the contents of ALT,AST,Ur,Cr and HbA1C in serum,and decrease the systolic pressure and heart rate of workers exposed to welding fume.
