胃旁路手术治疗2型糖尿病的机制及现状

Mechanism and current situation of gastric bypass surgery treating type 2 diabetes

2型糖尿病是一种严重威胁人类身体健康和生活质量的慢性内分泌疾病,在全球范围内其发病率呈迅速增长的态势,药物控制需长期服药且治疗效果不佳。综述以前有关胃旁路手术治疗2型糖尿病的论文和当前其作用机制的理论研究进展,临床实践表明,胃旁路手术对2型糖尿病治疗效果确切,胰岛素抵抗降低,血糖可达到长期稳定的控制,逆转2型糖尿病的并发症,减少其引发的致残率及病死率,并且对于正常体重的2型糖尿病患者,治疗效果亦显著,可减轻患者的经济负担,但是其作用机制依然存在普遍的争论。针对胃旁路手术治疗2型糖尿病的治疗机制及临床治疗现状的研究,更加深入了解2型糖尿病的发病机制及制定疗效满意、安全可靠的治疗方案,为2型糖尿病的治疗及预防开辟一片崭新的领域。

Type 2 diabetes is a chronic endocrine disease which seriously threatens to human health and quality of life,its incidence shows a rapidly growing trend in the world,drug control requires the long-term medication and the therapeutic effect is not good. This paper summarizes the papers of gastric bypass surgery treating type 2 diabetes and theoretical research progress of its action mechanism. The clinical practice shows that effect of gastric bypass surgery treating type 2 diabetes is exact,it can reduce the insulin resistance,stability control blood glucose for long time,reverse the complication of type 2 diabetes and decrease the morbidity and mortality. For type 2 diabetes patients with normal weight,the therapeutic effect is also significant. It can reduce the economic burden of patients,but the mechanism is still a general discussion. For the research of treatment mechanism and current situation of clinical treatment of gastric bypass surgery treating type 2 diabetes,we should understand the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes in depth and make a safe and reliable therapeutic schedule to open a new field for treatment and prevention of type 2 diabetes.
