探讨噪声、高温对心血管系统的损伤作用。在噪声作用下,心率表现为加快或减慢;血压升高,脑血管紧张度增加,弹性降低;心电图表现窦性心律失常、传导阻滞等。在高温作用下,血黏度增高,心肌肥大、缺血。结论是噪声、高温对心血管有损伤作用,噪声、高温联合作用对心血管系统损伤有协同作用。

The paper discusses the harm effect of noise and high temperature on cardiovascular system. Under the effect of noise,the heart rate is accelerated or slowed down,blood pressure is increased,tension of brain blood vessel increases with decreased elasticity,and the electrocardiogram shows the sinus arrhythmia and the conduction block. Under high temperature,the blood viscosity is increased,with the cardiac hypertrophy and ischemia. The noise and high temperature may damage the cardiovascular system,and they have a synergistic effect on the cardiovascular system.
