摘要
为保证交流传动机车主变压器使用的安全性和可靠性,文章针对JQFP-10160/25型电力机车主变压器主绝缘及引线绝缘电场进行了有限元计算分析。运用有限元计算商用软件Infolytica对主变压器进行三维实体建模,然后使用Elec Net模块下的静电场计算得到相应的电势和场强分布,分析了局部绝缘裕度,给出了优化绝缘结构的建议。
To ensure the security and reliability of main transformer of AC drive electric locomotive, in this paper, the finite element analysis (FEA) of electrical field in main insulation and lead insulation in type JQFP- 10160/25 main transformer is carried out. By using the commercial FEA software, Infolytica and ElecNet, the 3-D simulation model of the transformer is established, the distribution of electric potential and electric intensity is obtained in the static electrical field, the insulation margin is calculated, and the suggestions for optimizing the insulation structure are proposed.
