摘要
地铁车辆的接地电路和回流电路均通过车体与转向架之间的电缆连接实现导通,接地性能和回流电路的完好直接影响着列车的安全。文章分析试验中接地电缆和回流电缆断裂的原因,并提出了从更改电缆参数、电缆长度、电缆安装结构、端子安装方向等方面减少故障发生几率的建议,以增加列车的安全系数。
The ground circuit and return circuit of metro vehicle are realized through cable joined between car body and bogie. The vehicle safety is directly affected by performance of ground and return circuit. This paper analyzes the fracture causes of ground cable and return cable, and puts forward suggestions of changing cable parameters, cable length, cable installation structure and terminal installation direction, in order to reduce fault probability and increase the safety factor of train.
