发酵甘薯渣对生长猪生产性能的影响及效益分析 被引量:9

摘要 选用32 kg左右日龄相近、健康无病约×荣生长猪48头,按照体重相近的原则分到4个组中,每组3个重复,每个重复4头猪。对照组饲喂玉米-麦麸-豆粕型常规日粮,处理1、2、3组分别饲喂添加13.2%、24.3%、33.8%新鲜发酵甘薯渣的饲粮(分别等同于使用5%、10%、15%的风干发酵甘薯渣饲粮)。风干基础,各组日粮除粗纤维水平不同外,其余营养指标基本接近,研究不同用量发酵甘薯渣对生长猪生产性能的影响,并分析其经济效益。试验结果显示:1生产性能:处理1~3组日采食量和日增重与对照组相比无显著差异(P〉0.05)。料重比,处理1~3组料重比均显著低于对照组(P〈0.05),分别较对照组低9.5%、14.4%和14.7%。添加33.8%新鲜发酵甘薯渣组饲喂效果最佳。2经济效益:与对照组相比,处理1~3组单位增重饲料成本分别节约1.4、2.2元和2.4元。结合生产性能和经济效益指标,从废物利用和环境保护的角度,生长猪日粮中新鲜发酵甘薯渣用量可达33.8%及以上。 48 healthy York×Rongchang crossbred pigs with an initial body weight of about 32 kg wererandomly divided into 4 groups of control and treatment 1~3, 3 replicates for each group, each repeat of4 pigs. Control group was fed with corn- wheat bran- soybean diet, treatment 1, 2, 3 were fed with13.2%, 24.3%, 33.8% fresh fermented residue of sweet potato dietary(are equal to 5%, 10%, 15% of thedry fermented residue of sweet potato dietary on air dry basis), In addition to crude fiber levels, the restnutritional indicators are approach. The experiment was conducted to study the effects of differentamount of fermented sweet potato residue on the production performance of growing pigs, and analysis itseconomic benefits. The results showed: 1 the production performance: Average daily feed intake(ADFI)and average daily gain(ADG) of 1~3 group had no significant difference with the control group(P〉0.05).Feed weight ratio(F/G) of the treatmeat 1~3 was significantly lower than that of the control group(P〈0.05),which was 9.5%, 14.4% and 14.7% lower than that of control group respectively. The effect of adding33.8% fresh fermented sweet potato residue group was the best. 2 Economic benefits: compared with thecontrol group, the feed cost per kilogram weight gain of treatment 1~3 save 1.4, 2.2, 2.4 Yuan respective-ly. Combining with production performance andeconomic benefit, from the use of waste, environ-mental protection point of view, the amount offresh fermented sweet potato residue in growingpig diets can be more than 33.8% and above.
