日粮中添加肠杆菌肽对蛋鸡产蛋性能的影响 被引量:7

摘要 为了研究肠杆菌肽对蛋鸡产蛋性能的影响,选取300日龄产蛋率相近、体重均匀、健康的海兰褐蛋鸡5 000只,随机分成2组,即对照组和试验组,每组5个重复,每个重复500只鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组饲喂在基础饲粮的基础上添加肠杆菌肽100 mg/kg的日粮。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验组产蛋率提高3.88%(P<0.05),脏蛋率降低12.68%(P<0.05);试验组的料蛋比较对照组下降了0.07,有下降趋势,差异不显著(P>0.05);死淘率降低40%,破蛋率降低14.63%,差异显著(P<0.05)。结果表明,添加肠杆菌肽具有提高蛋鸡生产性能的效果。 To determine the effect of enterobacitracin on layer’s laying ability, we select 5 000 healthyhyline browns at 300 d with similar laying rate and weight and divide them into two groups: experi-ment and control,each group have 5 repeats, each repeat have 500 individual. The control group isfed with basic feed, the experiment group is fed with basic feed and enterobacitracin with the dosageof 100 mg/kg. The result shows that: laying rate of the experiment group is above 3.88% than the con-trol group(P〈0.05)and dirty egg rate is below 12.68%(P〈0.05);contrast with the control group, thefeed-egg ratio is declined by 0.07, which is not significan(P〉0.05);the cull-and-death rate and bro-ken egg rate ate declined by 40% and 14.63%, which is significant(P〈0.05). All the result showsthat enterobacitracin can improve hyline brown’s production ability.
