摘要
试验旨在探究注射脐带间充质干细胞(Umbilical Cord Mesenchymal Stem Cells,UC-MSCs)对哈萨克公、母羔羊生长性能的影响。试验选取体重、体尺差异不显著的1月龄健康哈萨克公、母羔羊共60只,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组各30只(公羔15只、母羔15只)。试验组按羔羊的体重将2×10~5个/kg UC-MSCs稀释至3 ml颈静脉注射至其体内,对照组则注射等量生理盐水。定期空腹测量羔羊体重、体高、体斜长、管围和腰角宽进行数据统计处理。在3、4月龄和5月龄时,试验组羔羊平均体重均显著高于对照组(P〈0.05);6月龄和7月龄时,试验组平均体重极显著高与对照组(P〈0.01);5月龄时,试验组公羔平均体重显著高于母羔(P〈0.05),6~7月龄时极显著高于母羔(P〈0.01);在4、5、6月龄时,试验组羔羊平均体斜长极显著高于对照组(P〈0.01)。注射脐带间充质干细胞能够极显著地加速试验羔羊的生长发育速度,提高其生长性能,且对雄性羔羊效果优于雌性羔羊。
To explore effects of injecting umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells to Kazakh male and fe-male lamb on growth performance. Testselected 60,1 monthshealth Kazakh male and female lamb ofweight and body measurements were no significant difference,randomly divided into control group andexperimental group, each group 30 female(15 only male lamb, lamb 15 only). Experimental group wasin-jected 2×10~5cells UC-MSCs and diluted it to 3 ml according to the weight of the lamb, the controlgroup injected the amount of normal saline. Regular measurements on an empty stomach lamb bodyweight, body height, body length, pipe circumference and waist wide Angle data statistics processing. In3 months, 4 months and 5 months, the experimental group lamb average weight were significantly higherthan that of control group(P〈0.05); Average weight 6 months and 7 months, test group significantly high-er with the control group(P〈0.01); 5 months, the experimental group is significantly higher than malelamb average weight female lamb(P〈0.05), significantly higher than that of female lamb when 6 to 7months(P〈0.01); In 4 months, 5 months, 6 months,the experimental group lamb average body lengthwas significantly higher than that of control group(P〈0.01). Afterinjectiing UC- MSCs can signifi-cantly accelerated test the growth speed of thelamb, and improving the growth performance,and the male lamb is better than female lamb.
