摘要
针对红庆梁煤矿井筒施工过程存在的粉尘危害问题,通过研究矿井井筒建设时期粉尘的性质行状、产生粉尘的环节、粉尘源的产生粉尘机理、粉尘在井筒的逸散规律,对除尘方案的对比和优化,设计了红庆梁煤矿井筒掘进期间气水2路喷雾除尘技术方案,为煤矿井筒建设时期提供了安全技术保障,消除了粉尘隐患,减少了安全事故发生。
For the problem of dust hazard during shaft construction in Hongqingliang Coal Mine,through studying dust characters,producing links,producing dust mechanism of dust sources,dust emission laws and comparison and optimization of dust removal schemes in mine shaft during construction period,we design gas-water two-way spray dust removal technology scheme in shaft excavation of Hongqingliang Coal Mine,which provides safety technology during mine shaft construction period,eliminates hidden dangers of dust,and decreases the occurrence of safety accidents.
