摘要
平煤六矿戊_(9-10)-22170综采工作面受断层带和上覆煤柱复杂应力影响,回采过程中支架顶梁前方出现大面积片帮冒顶现象,增加了顶板管理的难度,迟滞了工作面的推进度,给工作面的安全生产带来了极大影响。针对这一问题,通过在工作面机风两巷预注,以及随工作面推进注射马丽散N型注浆材料,成功加固了工作面破碎的煤墙和顶板,有效提高了工作面的推进度,确保了安全生产。
Pingdingshan Mining Industry No. 6 Mine 戊9-10-22170 fully mechanized working face influenced by complex stress of fault and upper overlying coal column, large area of rib spalling roof caving ahead of support roof increases the difficulty of roof management, delays the advancing of working face and brings negative effect of safe mining. Based on this problem, the pre-grouting of machinery roadway and air return roadway and injection of Malisan N type grouting material along with the working face mining reinforces the broken coal wall and roof in working face, improves the advancing of working face and ensures the safe mining.
