基于荟萃分析法的移动医疗服务用户采纳研究

A Meta-analysis of Individual Mobile Health Services Adoption

移动医疗服务是近年来互联网医疗中的热点问题。本文应用荟萃分析方法对35篇移动医疗服务用户采纳方面的研究文献进行了综合定量分析,验证了影响用户采纳态度和行为意向的11个主要因素,提出了一个综合性模型框架。研究结果表明,感知有用性、感知易用性、感知移动性、严重性、易感性对用户采纳态度具有显著影响;感知有用性、感知易用性、主观规范、信任、感知风险、态度对用户行为意向具有显著影响。

Recently, m-health service has become a hot topic in the field of network medical treatment. The article conducted a meta-analysis based on 35 related empirical studies to find the general determinants that influence the individual user＇s attitude and behavioral intention of mobile health services. Furthermore, the hypothesized mobile health adoption framework was examined. The result suggests that perceived useful- ness, perceived ease of use, perceived mobility, perceived severity and perceived vulnerability have significant effect on attitude, while perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, subjective norm, trust, perceived risk and attitude have significant effect on behavioral intention.
