针灸治疗脑卒中后抑郁

Acupuncture in treating post-stroke depression

目的观察针灸治疗脑卒中后抑郁的临床疗效。方法 72例脑卒中后抑郁患者随机分为2组各36例,治疗组给予针灸治疗,主穴选择百会、印堂、神庭、心俞、内关、三阴交、血海,施平补平泻,1次/d;对照组给予盐酸帕罗西汀片,20 mg/d口服。连续治疗4周,观察2组患者疗效及治疗前、治疗后2周、治疗后4周的HAMD量表评分变化。结果治疗4周后,治疗组患者总有效率为91.7%,对照组总有效率为72.2%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后2组患者HAMD量表评分均有不同程度降低(P<0.05),治疗组在同一时间HAMD评分降低程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针灸治疗脑卒中后抑郁能够降低患者HAMD评分。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion in treating post-stroke depression. Methods The 72 cases of post-stroke depression patients were randomly assigned to two groups,36 cases in each group,the treatment group received acupuncture treatment,choice of main acupoints Baihui,Yintang,shenting,Xinshu,Sanyinjiao,Xuehai,application of reinforcing reducing,1 times a day; control group treated by paroxetine hydrochloride tablets 20 mg / d,orally. 4 weeks of continuous treatment,two groups of patients were observed before treatment,2 weeks after treatment,4 weeks after treatment HAMD score changes. Results 4 weeks after treatment,the total effective rate was 91. 7% in the treatment group,the control group was 72. 2%,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）,the HAMD score of the two groups were significantly lower than the control group（ P〈0. 05）,and the HAMD score in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Acupuncture treatment of post stroke depression can reduce the HAMD score.
