老年人下尿路梗阻与感染的关系 被引量：1

摘要 老年下尿路感染（LUTI）原因很多,其中老年下尿路梗阻是重要原因,老年人膀胱尿道功能逐渐发生退行性变,尿路黏膜抗菌防御机制降低以及神经源性膀胱等都是梗阻性病变。所以,深入研究老年LUTI的病因,尤其是下尿路梗阻与感染的关系,具有重要的临床意义。
