外痔切口单边缝合止血80例疗效观察

Unilaterally Suturing Incision of External Hemorrhoids for Stopping Bleeding： Clinical Effect Observation of 80 Cases

为了观察外痔切口单边缝合止血的临床疗效。将2014年6月至2015年12月，我院肛肠科收治的158例混合痔患者随机分为治疗组（80例）和对照组（78例）。治疗组80例。外痔切口出血点采用单边皮肤缝合止血，对照组78例，外痔切口出血点采用对合皮肤缝合止血。观察2组术后疼痛、排尿、创面水肿及术后出血情况，评价其治疗效果。结果显示，2组在术后疼痛、排尿、创面水肿方面治疗组优于对照组（P〈0．05），在术后出血情况差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结果表明，外痔切口单边缝合止血可以减少混合痔术后并发症，减轻患者痛苦，提高临床疗效，操作方法简便。

This study was to observe the clinical effect of unilaterally suturing incision of external hemor- rhoids for stopping bleeding. The 158 patients with mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into treat- ment group （ n =80） and control one（ n =78）;the former adopted unilaterally suturing incision of exter- nal hemorrhoids for stopping bleeding, while the latter adopted skin counter incisal margin suture for stop- ping the bleeding of external incision bleeding point; both groups＂ postoperative status on pain, urination, wound-surface edema and bleeding were observed to evaluate curative effect. As results, the postoperative bleeding having no statistical difference between both groups（ P 〉0.05） ,other items of the former was su- perior to the latter（ P 〈0.05）.Results show that unilaterally suturing incision of external hemorrhoids for stopping bleedig can reduce postoperative complication,relieve pain of patients, uplift clinical effect,and its manipulation is simple.
