苦参汤加减直肠滴入治疗溃疡性直肠炎疗效观察

Dropping Via Rectum Kushen Tang Modified in the Treatment of Ulcerative Proctitis.Effect Observation

为了观察苦参汤加减直肠滴入治疗溃疡性直肠炎的临床疗效，将2014年9月至2015年10月，成都中医药大学附属医院肛肠科收治的120例溃疡性直肠炎患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各60例。治疗组采用苦参汤加减直肠滴入治疗，对照组给予柳氮磺吡啶栓纳肛治疗。结果显示，治疗组治愈36例，有效15例，无效9例，总有效率为85．0％（51／60）。对照组治愈22例，有效13例，无效25例，总有效率为58．3％（35／60）。总有效率治疗组明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结果表明，苦参汤加减直肠滴入治疗溃疡性直肠炎有效率较高，疗效较好，是治疗溃疡性直肠炎的可行方法。

This stduy was to observe the clinical effect of dropping Kushen Tang （a Chinese medicine de- coction formula） modified via rectum,in the treatment ulcerative proctitis（UP）, randomly divided the 120 patients admitted in author＇s hospital coloproctological department from Sept. 2014 to Oct. 2015yr. into treatment group and control one,60 cases for each;the former was treated with dropping Kushen Tang via rectum,while the latter with rectal administration of SASP （salicylazosulfapyridine） suppository. As re- sults,in the former 36 cases were cured, 15 got response,9 were of non-response,and total effective rate was 85.0%（51/60）,while in the latter, 22,13,25 and 58.3% （35/60） ;the total effective rate of the former was significantly higher than that of the latter,there was statistical difference （ P 〈0.05）.Results show that via rectum dropping Kushen Tang modified for treating UP has higher effective rate and good effect, it is a feasible therapy for UP.
