盐酸黄连素油联合红光治疗肛周湿疹效果观察

Berberine Hydrocbloride Oils Combined with Red Radiation for Treating Perianal Eczema ：Effect Observation

为了观察盐酸黄连素油外用联合红光照射及护理干预治疗肛周湿疹的效果，将2015年1月至6月我院肛肠科收治的80例肛周湿疹患者，随机分为对照组35例和治疗组45例。治疗组常规换药后，先用红光照射肛周皮肤，照射距离15cm，照射时间20min，1次／d，照射结束后以盐酸黄连素油外涂并用敷料包扎，给予护理干预。对照组采用常规换药方法后盐酸黄连素油外涂并用敷料包扎，给予常规护理。两组患者其他治疗相同。结果显示，治疗组治愈率（44．4％，20／45）、有效率（80．0％，36／45），高于对照组治愈率（31．4％，11／35）和有效率（54．3％，20／35）。结果表明，盐酸黄连素油涂擦联合红光照射与护理干预治疗肛门部疾病所致肛周湿疹效果肯定。

This study was to observe the effect of berberine hydrochloride oils combined with red radiation and nursing intervention for treating perianal eczema. 80 patients with perianal eczema treated in eoloproc- tological department of author＇s hospital from Jan to Jun in 2015 were randomly divided into treatment group（45 cases） and control one （35 cases）.The former received the red radiation on the perianal skin （radiation distance 15 cm, radiation time 20 min, 1 time/day） after routine dressing exchange;then coated and dressed with berberine hydrochloride oils;gave nursing intervention.The latter was coated and dressed with berberine hydrochloride oils,then given the routine nursing. About other treatment, both groups were re- ceived the same.Results show that in curative rate and effective rate,the former was higher than that of the latter （44.4 %, 20/45; 80 %, 36/45 vs 31.4 %,11/35; 54.3 %, 20/35 ）. In conclusion, the above-mentioned therapy for treating perianal eczema caused by anal disease has a Certain effect.
