远兴痔疮水促进混合痔术后创面愈合的疗效分析

Yuanxing Zhichuang Shui Promoting Postoperative Wound-surface Healing of Mixed Hemorrhoids Patients：A- nalysis of Its Efficacy

为了观察远兴痔疮水对混合痔术后创面愈合的临床疗效，将2015年4月至10月在我院就诊的140例混合痔术后患者，随机分为治疗组（应用远兴痔疮水换药）和对照组（应用凡士林纱条换药），每组各70例。分别在术后第2天、第6天、第10天观察创面渗液、疼痛程度、肉芽生长和创面愈合时间。结果显示，在减轻混合痔术后创面疼痛以及加快创面愈合等方面，治疗组优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结果表明，应用远兴痔疮水换药可促进混合痔术后创面愈合，临床疗效显著。

This study was to investigate the clinical efficacy of Yuanxing Zhichang Shui（a water solution for hemorrhoids） promoting postoperative wound-surface healing of mixed hemorrhoids patients, randomly divided 140 cases admitted in author＇s hospital for surgically treating their mixed hemorrhoids from Apr. to Oct. of 2015 into treatment group and control one,70 cases for each; respectively gave above the shui and petrolatum gauze strip to the former and to the latter for dressing change;on the 2nd,6th and 10 th day af ter operation observed both group＇s wound-surface exudation, pain degree, granulation growth, and healing time.As results,the former due to using above the shui was superior to the latter in reducing wound-sur- face pain and promoting wound-surface healing, etc. after the operation of mixed hemorrhoids, there was statistic significance in difference（ P 〈0.05）.Results show that the shui has significant efficacy in promo- ring wound-surface healing after mixed hemorrhoids surgery.
