摘要
目的探索二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)累积接触量与作业工人肝功能损伤的关系。方法选取6家合成革企业847名工人于2012年3月—2013年9月期间的职业健康检查资料和历年接触DMF的监测资料,计算作业工人DMF的累积接触量,并统计累积接触量与肝损伤的关系。结果 DMF累积接触量与肝损伤累积发病率存在明显的剂量-反应关系,两者拟合曲线为y=5.469 8ln(x)-10.496。结论 DMF对合成革工人的肝功能有一定的影响,并存在明显的剂量-反应关系,提示有关部门应采取相关预防控制措施保护作业工人的健康。
[Objective]To explore the relationship between dimethylformamide(DMF)cumulative exposure dose and liver injury in exposed workers.[Methods] The occupational health examination results and DMF exposure data of 847 workers from6 synthetic leather enterprises from March 2012 to September 2013 were collected to calculate the DMF cumulative exposure dose of exposed workers and analyze the relationship between cumulative exposure dose and liver injury. [Results] There w as a significant dose-response relationship between DMF cumulative exposure dose and cumulative incidence of liver injury,and the fitting curve was y =5.4698ln(x)-10.496. [Conclusion]DFM has a certain effect on the liver function of synthetic leather workers,and there is a significant dose-response relationship. It is suggested that the relevant departments should take the targeted preventive measures to protect the health of workers.
