摘要
目的调查护士职业紧张和心理安全感的现状,并分析两者之间的相关性。方法选取长沙市11所三级甲等综合性医院453名临床护士进行调查,采用工作内容问卷和心理安全感量表进行调查。结果护士职业紧张得分为(1.17±0.19)分,处于高水平;心理安全感得分为(3.40±0.75)分,处于中等水平;两者相关系数(r)=-0.254^-0.32(P<0.01),不同年龄、护龄、家庭状况和健康状况的护士心理安全感得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护士职业紧张和心理安全感及各维度密切相关,职业紧张程度越高,心理安全感越低。可采取相应的措施降低护士的职业紧张,从而提高护士的心理安全感。
[Objective] To investigate the current situation of occupational stress and psychological security among nurses,explore the correlation between them.[Methods] A total of 453 clinical nurses from 11 grade-3 comprehensive hospitals in Changsha City were recruited and investigated by the Job Content Questionnaire(JCQ) and the Security Questionnaire(SQ).[Results]The scores of occupational stress were(1.17±0.19),which belonged to the high level,and the scores of psychological security were(3.40±0.75),which belonged to the medium level. The correlation coefficients(r) of them were between-0.254and-0.32(P〈0.01). There were statistically significant differences in the scores of psychological security among different groups of age,service length,family status and health status(P〈0.05).[Conclusion]The nurses' occupational stress is closely related to psychological security and all dimensions,and the nurses with higher occupational stress have the lower psychological security. It is necessary to take corresponding measures to reduce nurses' occupational stress to improve their psychological security.
