西北某学院大学生性度取向与应对效能的关系研究

Relationship between sex stereotypes and coping efficacy among students in a college of northwest China

摘要 目的揭示性度取向类型与大学生应对效能的关系。方法采用贝姆性度量表、应对效能量表对西北某学院277名在校大学生进行问卷调查。结果 1大学生中双性化性度取向者最少(6.9%)。未分化者最多(51.3%)。女性的双性化比例低于男性,未分化比例高于男性;学生干部的男性化比例最高,非学生干部的未分化比例最高。2男性的应对效能显著高于女性(t=4.346,P<0.001),具体体现在应对效能的胜任力和自信程度这2个因子上(t=4.380,4.782,P<0.001);学生干部的应对效能显著高于非干部(t=3.177,P<0.001),具体体现在应对效能的胜任力和认知水平这2个因子上(t=2.547,4.472,P<0.05)。3在应对效能及其各因子上,双性化人格特质者得分最高;男性化特质者只在应对效能的胜任力、自信程度2个因子上得分较高并与双性化人格特质者无显著差异。结论双性化与男性化人格特质是大学生良好应对效能的理想性别角色模式,相比较而言,双性化人格特质更优。 [Objective]To explore the relationship between sex stereotypes and coping efficacy in college students.[Methods]A questionnaire investigation was performed among 277 students in a college of northwest China by the Bem Sex Role Inventory and coping efficacy scale. [Results]1The proportion of androgynous stereotype students was the lowest(6.9%),and undifferentiated stereotype students accounted for the greatest proportion(51.3%). The percentage of androgynous stereotype in female students was lower than that in male students,and the percentage of undifferentiated stereotype in female students was higher than that in male students. The proportion of masculinity in cadre students was the highest,and the proportion of undifferentiated stereotype in non-cadre students was the highest. 2The coping efficacy level of male students was significantly higher than that of females(t =4.346,P 〈0.001),which specifically reflected in the competence and self-confidence level(t=4.380,t=4.782,P〈0.001). The coping efficacy level of cadre students was significantly higher than that of non-cadre students(t=3.177,P〈0.001),which specifically reflected in the competence and cognitive level(t=2.547,t=4.472,P〈0.05). 3In the coping efficacy and its factors,the students with androgynous personality had the best results. The students with masculinity personality had the higher scores of competence and self-confidence level,and there were no statistically significant difference in the scores of these factors between students with androgynous personality and masculinity personality.[Conclusion]The androgynous personality and masculinity personality are the ideal gender role model of the good coping efficacy in college students,and the androgynous personality is the best one.
