摘要
目的了解医学专科大学生的自我管理现状,为改进大学生自我管理提供参考。方法采用大学生自我管理问卷,整群抽取了甘肃某医专一和二年级共计2 961名学生进行了问卷调查。结果一年级大学生自我管理在学习行为、日常行为、情绪稳定性、情绪调节、自我定位和目标设置6方面的得分均低于二年级大学生得分(均P<0.05);不同科别的学生,在行为管理、情绪管理、认知管理、时间管理方面的差异均有统计学意义(F值分别为4.437、12.592、11.716、13.337,均P<0.01);父母教养方式在行为管理、情绪管理、认知管理、时间管理方面的差异均有统计学意义(F值分别为3.402、4.335、9.022、3.777,均P<0.05)。结论不同年级、科别、家庭出身大学生在自我管理的水平上存在差异性,体现了个体成长与社会、家庭之间的密切关系,因此,加强大学生自我管理,在学校实践中要尊重生命体的主体性,帮助学生从他律走向自律。
[Objective] To explore the status of self-management in medical college students,provide reference for improving students' self management. [Methods]2961 students were collected from grade 1 and 2 of a medical college of Gansu Province by the cluster sampling,and the questionnaire investigation was performed by using the self-administered questionnaire for university students. [Results]The scores in 6 aspects of self-management,including learning behavior,daily behavior,emotional stability,emotional regulation,self-positioning and goal setting,in grade 1 students were lower than those in grade 2 students(P〈0.05).The differences in behavior management,emotional management,cognitive management and time management were statistically significant among different categories students(F values were respectively 4.437,12.592,11.716 and 13.337,P〈0.01).There were statistically significant differences in behavior management,emotional management,cognitive management and time management were among different parenting styles(F values were respectively 3.402,4.335,9.022 and 3.777,P〈0.05). [Conclusion]There are differences in the self-management level among college students with different grade,category and family background,which reflects the close relationship among personal growth and society,families. Therefore,it is necessary to enhance students' self management,and respect the subjectivity of the living body at school practice,to help students from heteronomy to autonomy.
