北京市丰台区健康教育体系建设问题及对策

Problems and countermeasures for the health education system construction of Fengtai District in Beijing

健康教育是指通过有计划、有组织、有系统的社会教育活动,使人们自觉地采纳有益于健康的行为和生活方式,消除或减轻影响健康的危险因素,预防疾病,促进健康,提高生活质量,并对教育效果做出评价。完整有效的健康教育体系在提高居民健康素质和健康水平方面发挥重要作用[1]。该文通过分析北京市丰台区的健康教育实际情况,挖掘分析健康教育体系构建中存在的问题,从健康促进工程建设角度,探讨如何积极争取人力、财力、物力支持,如何在新时期开展健康教育服务,实现健康教育工作理念和方法更新、高效合理配置资源,以及新时期健康教育人才有效培养等工作目标。

Health education is said by a planned,organized,and systematic social and educational activities. It makes people consciously adopt a way of life by healthy behavior,eliminate or reduce risk factors of health,to reach the resolves from disease prevention health promotion,improve the quality of life,and evaluate the effect of health education.To establish a complete and effective health education system is an important way to improve the health quality and health level.This paper analyzes the problems of health education system construction through the actual situation of health education in Fengtai District of Beijing,finds a way to actively strive for human,financial and material resources support,and provides the basis for health education in the new period,to realize the goals of update in concept and method of health education,effective and rational resources allocation,and the effective training of health education personnel in the new period.
