新型苯氧芳酸类化合物的设计合成

摘要 目的设计合成新型苯氧芳酸类调脂药物。方法以具有心血管保护作用的川芎嗪代替苯扎贝特结构中疏水端的对氯苯甲酰片段作为基本结构单元,保留降脂功能基团,设计、合成了一类新型的苯氧芳酸类化合物。结果和结论合成目标化合物5个,经核磁和质谱鉴定确证了它们的化学结构。 Objective To design and synthesize novel fibrate drugs. Methods We designed and prepared novel fibrate compounds by replacing the 4-Cl-benzoyl fragment with lignstrazine and the lipid lowering function group. Results and Conclusion 5 target compounds have been prepared and identified by1H-NMR and MS methods.
