摘要
介绍电力动态交易结算方法研究的背景和意义,提出电力动态交易结算的2种计算模型,最后设计出适用于云南保山供电局营销结算的电力动态交易结算系统。该结算系统以保山供电局"四合一"计量自动化系统中的数据作为基础数据源,实现保山供电局实时分类转供和综合转供电量交易结算自动计算,大幅度提高了工作效率和结算的可靠性。
This paper introduces the background and significance of the dynamic transaction settlement method, puts forward two calculation models of dynamic power trading settlement, finally designs data as the basis of the data source suitable for "four-in-one" automation system in Baoshan Power Supply Bureau metering automation system, which realizes real-time classification transfer supply and comprehensive transfer automatic calculation of power supply transaction settlement, greatly improves the work efficiency and settlement reliability.
