摘要
使用常规气象观测资料,采用天气学原理和天气动力学诊断方法对2016年1月发生在滨州市的一次寒潮天气进行分析,结果表明:此次寒潮过程发生背景是乌拉尔山高压脊强烈发展,乌拉尔山高压脊前偏北气流引导极地冷空气南下,造成了此次寒潮过程;强盛的冷平流和非绝热因子是造成这次寒潮过程气温骤降的主要原因;强冷平流和高空动量下传是导致大风的主要原因。
Using the MICAPS conventional meteorological data,employing the synopic principle and weather dynamics diagnosis analysis method, this paper analyzed a cold wave weather process which occurred in Binzhou on January ,2016 from the cold wave circulation background and motivation mechanism.The resuhs showed that this cold wave weather occurred during the process of the Ural Mountains ridge strongly developed,the Northerly jet stream before the Ural Mountains ridge lead the cold air to the South,causing the cold wave weather process.Strong cold advection and the Non adiabatic factors were the main reasons of the sudden drop in temperature.Strong cold advection and upper level momentum transfer to the ground were the main reasons of the high wind.
