槟榔鞣质水解的优化条件研究

摘要 为探讨槟榔鞣质水解最优条件,以醋酸为水解剂,鞣质含量为试验指标,用正交设计对槟榔鞣质水解工艺进行了优化。结果表明:在70℃下,用2.5倍体积的冰醋酸水解40 min,鞣质质量分数由36.80%降至28.86%。研究结果可为植物多酚的理论研究提供有益的借鉴。 The aim of the current study was to optimize the hydrolysis conditions of tannin from Areca catechu,the orthognnal array design was carried out to optimize the hydrolysis technology of tannin from Areca catechu with the acetic acid being hydrolysis reagent and the content of tannin being test index.The results showed that the optimal conditions of hydrolyzing tannin were 40 min, 70 ~C and the ratio between glacial acetic acid and sample was 2.5, under which the content of tannin was decreased from 36.80 % to 28.86 %.The results could provide beneficial references for the theory research of plant poly-phenols.
