摘要
提出了烟叶等级质量存在的问题,分析其原因主要为预检工作落实不够、收购执行的标准不准确、收购管理落实不到位等,并从加强预检预验工作、加强质检队伍建设、强化收购环节管理、健全收购管理制度等方面制定有针对性的对策。
Problems existed in tobacco leaf grade quality were presented,the mainly reasons were as follow ： pre work implementation was not enough, acquisition of the implementation of the standard was not accurate, acquisition management implementation was not in place.Targeted measures were formulated from aspects of strengthening pre inspection work ,strengthening the construction of quality inspection team,strengthening the acquisition of part of management, perfecting management system.
