Discussion on Young Teaching Team Building of Landscape Architecture

随着人们对环境的要求越来越高,社会对园林建设的要求也越来越严格。作为园林专业的青年教学团队,要顺应社会的发展趋势,积极进行教学团队建设,培育出适合社会发展的新型园林人才。由于高校教育的核心是教学,提出了青年教学团队应从教书育人、钻研业务、结合实践和教学反思这4个方面进行团队建设,不断提高教学质量,拓宽知识范围,更新教学观念,同时在质疑中成长,从而使教学工作有序有效地进行。

As people have become increasingly demanding on the environment ,the social requirements of landscape construction is more and more strict. As a young teaching team of Landscape Architecture, must conform the trend of social development and actively construct the teaching team. Because teaching is the core of higher education,young teaching team building contain imparting knowledge and educating people,studying professional work, combining with practice, teaching reflection, and improve the quality of teaching constantly, broaden the scope of knowledge, update teaching concepts, at the same time grow in question, which makes the teaching work orderly and effectively.
