摘要
美国橡树岭国家实验室制造系统研究集团所从事的碳纤维复合材料(CFRP)研发工作,在一定程度上代表了当今世界CFRP成型技术和设备的创新方向,即朝着制造过程更快捷、效率更高和成本更低的方向发展,包括研发新型附加设备、自动化生产线、高精度设备或新模塑方法,其中3D印刷的CFRP成型技术已接近于实用化。
The research works of carbon fiber composite materials developed by the Manufacturing Systems Research Group at Oak Ridge National Laboratory represent theinnovation directions of CFRP forming technologies and equipment today in the world to same extent, which are developing toward to make CFRP manufacturing faster, more efficient and cost-effective. Whether they are working on additive manufacturing, automated production, more precise machining or new methods of molding, in which 3-D printed CFRP technology is close to reality.
