摘要
为降低炼钢过程成本,在已有铁水条件、工艺配置以及操作水平下,研究出一种提高转炉终点碳含量的生产工艺。生产实践表明,该工艺使钢铁料耗、合金及耐材消耗等明显降低,钢中夹渣物含量减少,提高了产品质量,取得了较好的经济效益。
In order to lower the cost of steel-making process, a production process of increasing endpoint carbon content at converter was developed under the existed hot metal conditions, process configuration and operating level. Production practice showed that this process remarkably reduced the comsumption of steel material, alloy and refractory and inclusions in the steel and improved product quality.Good economic effect was achieved.
