Development of Management System of Metallurgy Enterprise Railway Wagon Deferred Occupation Expense

为降低企业生产成本,对天铁集团运输部货车延期占用费产生情况进行分析,结合天铁集团铁路货车使用情况,设计了铁路货车延期占用费管理系统。该系统按照号码制对铁路货车在厂内运行情况进行记录,并对公司铁路货车延期占用费产生情况进行分析统计管理,加快了铁路货车的周转速度,减少了铁路货车延期占用费的支出。

In order to reduce the production cost of the enterprise, the author analyzes the generation of deferred occupation expense of railway wagon at Transportation Department of Tianjin Tiantie Group and designs management system for the deferred occupation expense of railway wagon in combination with the usage of railway wagon at Tiantie Group. The system records the running situation of railway wagon inside the company according to the numbering system and provides analysis, statistics and management on the generation of the deferred occupation expense of railway wagon. The turn-over speed of railway wagon was increased and the expenditure of deferred occupation expense of railway wagon decreased.
