摘要
为确保高炉稳定顺行,结合高炉生产工艺,将天铁2800 m^3高炉炉顶布料器旋转的电气系统及自动化控制系统进行重新设计,使得布料器运转更加稳定,延长了设备生命周期,降低了电能损耗,取得了较好的经济效益。
In order to ensure the stable and smooth running of the blast furnace, the electrical system and automatic control system for the rotation of Tiantie 2800 m^3 BF top distributor was redesigned in combination of production process. Afterwards the distributor ran more stably with prolonged equipment service life and reduced power consumption. Good economic benefit was obtained.
