高炉煤气干法除尘工艺对下游工序的影响

摘要 介绍了高炉采用煤气干法除尘工艺以后对下游工序用户锅炉、TRT系统造成的影响:腐蚀和堵塞,分析了造成腐蚀和堵塞的原因,通过改进操作方法、改变材质、加强监测、改善检修工艺等措施有效延缓了锅炉、TRT系统的腐蚀和堵塞。 The paper analyzes the influence of dry dedusting process for BF gas on boiler and TRT system belonging to the subsequent processes. Aiming at the problems of stainless steel compensator erosion at TRT system and the erosion and clogging of boiler gas pipeline and air pre-heater at boiler stage 1, measures of improving operation approach, changing material, enhancing supervision and improving maintenance process were taken, which substantially reduced maintenance rate of TRT and boiler gas equipment, prolonged service life and ensuring the safe and stable running of the equipment.
