Influence of Dry Dedusting Process for BF Gas on Subsequent Process

The paper analyzes the influence of dry dedusting process for BF gas on boiler and TRT system belonging to the subsequent processes. Aiming at the problems of stainless steel compensator erosion at TRT system and the erosion and clogging of boiler gas pipeline and air pre-heater at boiler stage 1, measures of improving operation approach, changing material, enhancing supervision and improving maintenance process were taken, which substantially reduced maintenance rate of TRT and boiler gas equipment, prolonged service life and ensuring the safe and stable running of the equipment.
