摘要
该文提出了一种基于舰船可靠性设计的参数测量风险概率评估方法。该方法将舰船设备的测量可靠性与系统可靠性设计相结合,通过"加权评估法"和"可靠性模型",提出以系统参数为对象的测量风险概率计算模型。该方法为定量评价参数测量风险提供了理论支撑,为评估测量系统的技术性能提供了新的途径。
A new evaluation method of the parameter measurement risk based on reliability design is presented in the paper.Based on the Weight Estimation and reliability model,the calculated model of measurement risk probability is described.The equipment’s measurement reliability and system’s reliability design are fully taken into account in this approach.It provides a theoretical support for the quantitative assessment of parameter measurement risk.And this modeling would be a helpful step to the performance valuation of measuring systems.
