新疆驴盲肠细菌多样性分析 被引量:4

摘要 为探索新疆驴耐粗饲的根本原因,本试验选取新疆驴6头,以16s r RNA文库法,对新疆驴盲肠细菌进行了系统的分类和鉴定。研究结果表明,新疆驴盲肠细菌资源丰富,共获得Verrucomicrobiae,Spirochaetales,Gammaproteobacteria,Deltaproteobacteria,Bacteroidetes,Bacilli,Negativicutes,Erysipelotrichia以及Clostridia共9个纲的细菌。其中厚壁菌门的Clostridia为新疆驴盲肠优势细菌(约占盲肠细菌总量的83%)。对梭状芽胞杆菌纲进一步分类发现,其所有克隆全部归属于梭菌目(Clostridiales),其中,Ruminococcaceae与Lachnospiraceae分别为梭菌目的两大优势菌科。上述结果说明,厚壁菌门的Ruminococcaceae与Lachnospiraceae的细菌是新疆驴盲肠内的优势菌群,在新疆驴耐粗饲方面可能起重要作用。 To explore the causes of resisting roughage feed in Xinjiang donkey, six Xinjiang donkeys areselected, and their cecum bacteria aresystematically classifies and identifies by 16s rRNA gene library. It isfound that thebacteria in Xinjiang donkey is much rich and the retrieved clones belong to 9 classes in 5phylum, namely Verrucomicrobiae, Spirochaetales, Gammaproteobacteria, Deltaproteobacteria, Bacteroidetes,B acilli,Negativicutes,Erysipelotrichia and Clostridia. And Clostridia (accounts for 83% in total cecumbacteria amount)is predominant bacteria in cecum of donkeys. Further study shows that the Clostridia bacteriabelonged to Clostridiales, Ruminococcaceae and Lachnospiraceae are two dominant bacterias in Clostridiales.The said results indicates that Ruminococcaceae and Lachnospiraceae aree the two big dominant bacterias inthe cecum and could play a key role in resisting roughage feed in Xinjiang donkey.
