摘要
为了建立一种气相色谱法同时测定乙酰氨基阿维菌素中的乙醇、乙腈和丙酮有机溶剂残留量的方法,试验采用外标法直接进样,在石英毛细管柱上进行各组分分离,色谱柱为Agilent 19095P-Q04 HP-PLOT,载气为氮气,检测器为氢火焰离子化检测器,以程序升温的方式直接进样,使乙醇、乙腈和丙酮完全分离的方法,结果表明该方法中各溶剂的线性关系、精密度、准确度、灵敏度均达到《中国兽药典》2010年版中残留溶剂限量规定的检测要求。说明该方法简单快速、准确,可用于药物质量控制中的有机残留溶剂检测。
To establish a kind of method for detecting residual organic solvents of ethanol acetonitrile acetonein amoxicillin by gas chromatography, the test separates each groups on a quartz capillary column by samplingdirectly with external standard method, and the chromatographic column is Agilent 19095P-Q04 HP-PLOT,and carrier gas is nitrogen, detector is hydrogen flame ionization. By programmed temperature and ethanolacetonitrile, acetone is completely separated, linear relation of each solvent in this method, precision,accuracy, sensitivity to Chinese Veterinary Pharmacopoeia 2010 Edition residual solvent lim it stipulated in thedetection requirements. This method is simple, rapid and accurate, and can be used for residual organicsolvents in drug quality control.
