摘要
美国海军舰队网络司令部发布了新的战略规划,为2020年前美国海军网络战发展定下五个战略目标。提出这些战略目标是为了适应战略环境、信息环境和组织环境的改变,每个战略目标描述一个未来五年的战略目的而且被设定了18个月内的进展指标,为了实现每个战略目标需要美国海军实施一系列关键的战略举措。
U.S.Fleet Cyber Command releases a new strategic plan.This plan sets five strategic goals for the development of naval cyber warfare before 2020.Put forward these strategic goals are to adapt to the changes in strategic environment,organizational environment and information environment.Each goal describes the strategic intent over a five-year timeframe and has been imposed a 18-month progress indicator.A set of strategic initiatives are the critical actions in order to achieve each goal for U.S.Navy.
