摘要
数据战略是信息化条件下联合作战战略的新拓展,也是未来的重点军事战略。正是基于数据在联合作战中的重要地位,美军很早就对联合作战中的数据管理和利用做出了宏观、整体的统一规划,并将信息化战争中数据的重要性地位提升到了战略高度。论文对美军数据建设的历程、网络中心的数据管理策略、以及实现信息共享的方法进行了研究,并且分析了美军数据战略的发展对我军信息化体系建设的启示。
Data strategy is a new strategy to expand joint operations under the condition of information,but also the focus of future military strategy.It is based on the importance of data in joint operations,the U.S.military very early on in joint operation of data management and utilization of macroscopic and overall unified planning,and data in the information war the importance to enhance the strategic height.This paper studies the development of the military data process,network-centric data management strategy,and information sharing method.At the same time,this paper also analyzes the enlightenment of the development of U.S.military data strategy to construction of our army’s information system
