"立足本土、面向地方、服务市民"是地方图书馆的首务,以需求为导向打造立体化的本土文化服务体系既是趋势,也是要求。论文探讨了地方图书馆构建本土文化立体化服务体系的现实意义,在广州图书馆实践经验基础上提炼了大众服务型和研究服务型、服务型和展示型、体验型和学习型、线上服务型和线下服务型几对策略进行阐述,并大胆猜想地方图书馆本土文化服务未来的发展趋势,供业界探讨。

To keep a foothold in the native region, develop orientation towards the locality, and render a service to the citizens is the primary task of a local library. To create a demand-oriented stereoscopic local cultural service system is not only a trend, but also a requirement. This paper discusses the practical significance of creating a stereoscopic local cultural service system in local libraries, and expounds several pairs of strategies, including public service-oriented and investigative service-oriented, service-oriented and display-oriented, experience-oriented and learning-oriented, as well as online serviceoriented and offline service-oriented on the basis of Guangzhou Library’s practical experience. Also, it makes a wild guess of the future development trend of the local cultural service offered by local libraries for the insiders to discuss.
