摘要
基于产业组织理论和博弈理论,构建了单个厂商的产品差异化和差异化条件进入的经济学模型,模型结论对我国汽车产业企业构筑进入壁垒和制定进入战略具有较好的解释力,为企业战略决策提供了经济学视角的分析。
Based on the industrial organization theory and game theory,this paper construct the model of product differentiation for a single firm,as well as the model of vertical differentiation for both incumbent and entrant.The conclusion of model could effectively explain the choices of entry barriers and entry strategy for firms in China’s automobile industry.Therefore the model offers an analysis of firm’s strategy from an economy perspective.
