财政支出结构变化对经济增长影响的实证分析——以重庆市为例

Analysis of the Effect of the Change of Chongqing's Financial Expenditure Structure on Economic Growth

采取回归分析的方法,将财政支出与经济增长的关系置入双对数模型,根据重庆市1997年至2013年的统计数据,其中包括财政支出结构中的经济建设支出,农业支出,科教文卫支出,以及行政管理支出,对重庆市财政支出与经济增长的相关关系进行计量分析。根据所得结果为重庆市的经济发展提出相适应的财政政策建议,加强重庆市财政支出结构的优化,推动重庆市经济发展。

Take regression analysis method to make analysis on the relationship between and economic growth by putting them into double logarithmic model,using time series data between 2007 and 2013of Chongqing economic construction expenditure,science,education,culture and sanitation expenses,agricultural expenditure and administrative expenses to make econometric analysis on the relationship between Chongqing’s total fiscal expenditure and economic growth.After that we can get the analytic results.Based on the results we can give proper suggestions to Chongqing City on its fiscal policy,which may optimize its fiscal expenditure structure,and then promote economic growth of Chongqing.
