摘要 教学质量是民办高校生存和发展的生命线,教学质量监控体系是高校确保教学质量的有效手段之一。以某民办本科高校为例,该校基于现代教学评价基本原理和全面质量管理理念而构建的"三级、四督、五系统"的内部教学质量监控体系,该体系形成全员参与、全方位与全过程动态管理、持续改进、"运行-监控"一体化等主要特点。 Teaching quality is the lifeline of the survival and development of private colleges and universities.Teaching quality monitoring system is one of the effective means to ensure the quality of teaching in colleges and universities.This paper introduces the teaching quality monitoring system of a private university — “three levels,four supervisions and five systems”— based on modern teaching evaluation principles and the concept of total quality management,and gives a detailed analysis of the main features of the system,including full participation,full range and the dynamic management,continuous improvement,and operation-monitoring integration.
